Instructions for preparation : Pour the contents of a bag of spring soup (60 g) into 1 l of boiling water and stir. Cook over low heat for 8 minutes in a half-covered pan, stirring occasionally.

Storage and shelf life : Store at room temperature and in a dry place. Shelf life 15 months from the date of packaging.
