The mixture of spices for kebabs is a combination of top spices not only for the preparation of kebabs but also various minced meat dishes.

Preparation instructions : Add 30 g of kebab spice mixture to 1 dl of cold water, stir and leave to stand for 10 minutes. Add 500 g of minced meat and mix well. Shape and bake evenly on hot oil or grill.
